A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
01 / WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

A passion at 16.
I wanted to create something of my own.

My journey in beauty started when I was 16. At the time, I genuinely just loved brows and knew I wanted to create something of my own. I definitely didn’t have some huge plan of what Incise would eventually become.

What started with me learning a skill and building a clientele in Wolverhampton slowly grew into so much more. I went on to open my first salon at 21, build a loyal client base, move into education and eventually take my work internationally to Dubai.

More than treatments.
More than I imagined.

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many different women, train aspiring and established beauty professionals, and experience what it actually takes to grow a business through different stages of life.
Incise has changed a lot as I’ve grown too. What was once completely centred around me doing treatments has developed into an academy, a growing team of artists and a brand that now reaches people far beyond where I first started.

03 / WHAT WILL ALWAYS MATTER

Beauty doesn’t have
one standard look.

One thing that has always stayed important to me is inclusivity. I’ve never believed beauty should have one standard look. Whether I’m treating a client or educating a student, I want people to understand how to work with different skin tones, features, styles and individual needs.

The story
is still unfolding.

I’m still ambitious, still learning and still evolving Incise. I think that’s probably one of my favourite parts of being a founder — you never really arrive at the final version of what you’re building.
Looking back at where I started, I’m proud that something I began so young has allowed me to create a career, travel, meet incredible people and build opportunities I couldn’t have imagined at the beginning.
