Hi, I’m Shavante Clarke founder of Incise Cosmetics, award-winning brow artist, international trainer, and passionate mentor.

My journey into beauty began at just 15 years old, when I discovered my love for brows and the transformative power they have. What started as a passion quickly grew into a thriving career one that has allowed me to travel the world, build a loyal and diverse clientele, and now dedicate myself to educating the next generation of beauty professionals.

With over 8 years of international experience, multiple industry awards, and a reputation for excellence, I’ve built Incise Cosmetics Training Academy on three core values: quality, inclusivity, and empowerment. My mission is simple to give aspiring artists the confidence, skills, and business knowledge to create not only beautiful results, but also sustainable, successful careers.

I believe beauty should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. That’s why my training goes beyond techniques. I teach how to work with all skin tones, hair types, and client needs, ensuring that every student leaves ready to serve a diverse market.
