All pieces are sent to you with 1-3 day tracked and signed for, this time scale is once it has been sent out, not your order
Please allow up to 4 weeks working days for Personalised pieces as they’re handmade and then a few more days for delivery.
We will always do our best to have your order with you on the specified date / time. However, unforeseen circumstances can arise that are out of our control.
